GTDevice LLC (“Console Studios”, “Company”, “our”, “us” or “we”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal and other information that we receive or obtain from visitors to https://haymakervr.com (“Site”), and through playing our game(s) Haymaker (“Game”).

As used in this Privacy Policy, the terms “using” and “processing” information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis, and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates within the United States or internationally.

Our primary goals in collecting information are to administer, monitor, and improve the Site, its features and content, and to provide and improve the Services and verify that users of the Services meet the criteria required to process their requests. We do this so as to improve user experiences for Site visitors.

Cookies. Like many websites, we use “cookies” -- small data files transferred to your computer’s hard disk. While session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Site and then close your browser, persistent cookies remain. User information stored for leaderboards is stored by META

Our backend analytics for improving the Game currently collects your META USER_PROFILE and USER_ID along with our proprietary gameplay metrics like time on maps. We use this data to improve player experience and balance leaderboard-relevant activities. To have this information deleted please contact privacy+haymaker@gtdevice.com. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner.
